• ProfileXa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our services.

  For Lifetime plan users, your portfolio site will be active only for the successful ten years of service, and an additional one year of bonus subscription will be provided to let you re-purchase or upgrade/downgrade the existing plan.

2. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You must not engage in illegal, harmful, or abusive activities on the platform.

• You are responsible for the content you upload or share.

3. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, designs, and software are the property of ProfileXa or its licensors.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

4. Termination

• ProfileXa may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

• Users may close their accounts at any time by contacting support.
